Panama is 07h00 ahead of French time:
When it’s 1pm in Nantes, it’s 6am in Panama City.
American plugs – Type A and B. An adapter is required if you are coming from Europe.
Up-to-date vaccinations:
Vaccinations against rabies, typhoid fever and hepatitis A and B may be recommended, depending on the region. Consult your doctor>.
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the planned end of stay. French nationals are exempt from visa requirements for stays of less than 90 days, but must be able to present a return ticket to their country of origin upon entry into Panama.
Passengers in transit to another destination in the zone are advised to check that they have had the vaccinations required by their destination country, otherwise they may not be able to board.
