Up-to-date vaccinations :
Passengers arriving from a yellow fever-infected area and having resided there in the previous six days must present an international vaccination certificate (except for transit passengers).
Depending on local travel conditions, vaccinations against typhoid fever and viral hepatitis A and B may be recommended.
Tourist visas are issued free of charge on arrival, for a maximum period of 4 months. French nationals must be in possession of a passport (valid for at least six months beyond the expiry date of the visa issued), proof of stay (accommodation, tour-operator) and a return air ticket.
Difficulties have been encountered with immigration services at Nadi airport when travelers are not in possession of a return ticket. They may offer a return ticket in exchange for an extra sum of money that is not justified.
