The Alignments of Carnac were built during the Neolithic period between the Vth and the IIIrd millennium BC by sedentary communities that practiced farming and agriculture. These stone buildings, associate rows of menhirs and speakers are embedded in a landscape of menhirs magalithique individual and collective graves.
