The Zhar is a citrus iconic Nabeul who lives in me sd'avril at the time of fruit coveted by Tunisians. For thirty years, the city of Nabeul honors this fruit with many culinary properties jam, essential oil, floral water, chocolate flavored ... as saying that this variety of bitter orange is not stingy flavors.
